Glendale, New York — On March 28, 2008, the Queens County Democratic Organization endorsed Elizabeth Crowley for the New York City Council.

Congressman Joe Crowley, Chair of the Queens Democratic Party says that, “Elizabeth will provide the leadership necessary to serve the needs of the 30th District of the City Council. She is committed to improving our schools, providing for the needs of our seniors, and preserving the character of our neighborhoods.”  

In response to her endorsement, Elizabeth said, “I am proud to have the support of the Queens County Democratic Organization, especially as it is the most ethnically diverse and truly democratic County Party within the City of New York.”
